Meet Roger Matice 
President and Owner of Urban Designer Kitchens

Roger has been an accomplished businessman for well over thirty-five years. He is an experienced CAD designer and has been an accredited member of the NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) since 1994.

Along with his years of experience , Roger has developed a design philosophy, a style of communication and an attention to detail that homeowners appreciate. Roger says, "As I design, my focus is to satisfy my clients through innovative and creative design in both function and aesthetics."

Meet Don Fleck, CKD CBD 
Design Associate of Urban Designer Kitchens

A graduate of the University of Missouri, Don has spent the last thirty years in the Kitchen and Bath Industry. While he has concentrated his efforts in kitchen and bath design he also has thirty years of experience in drafting, interior design and home remodeling as well as ten years as a CAD designer.

Don has seen his work published in a variety of trade magazines and journals and is proud of his achievements. He recently won the NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) President’s Award and has been an accredited member of NKBA and NARI for well over twenty years.

In 1989 Don became a CBD (Certified Bath Designer) and followed that in 1990 by becoming a CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer). Don’s goal is to design and build baths and kitchens that meet his clients’ style requests, functional requirements and financial parameters.
